Sara Ziglar
is an interdisciplinary artist making work in Dance, Theater, and Film. A graduate of The Ohio State University (BA Theatre Management and Film Studies) and Columbia College Chicago (Dance Studies), Sara values the intersection of arts and civic life. She is particularly interested in stories of reclamation and liberation and advocates for cultural change through artistic collaboration. A fantasy and sci-fi super fan, she is all in on stories that include African Cosmology, Black Futures, and center female characters. She is completing her final year of study in the Columbia University School of the Arts’ Dramaturgy MFA program.
